I was a poorly Bloominjools today which meant that the only walking I managed was 3 trips between the bedroom and the bathroom. All three were assisted trips and done with my eyes closed which seemed much less arduous. Hopefully I'll be back doing proper walking soon. Got to keep up the training ...
